These terms govern your use of LocalMask paid editions ("the Software"), sold by GURY HOLDING S.R.L ("we", "us"). By purchasing or activating a license, you agree to them.
Pro is a one-time purchase licensed to a single individual user. Team and Enterprise are licensed per seat (one seat per individual user). We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on machines you control, for the licensed number of users.
Your license includes software updates released within your update window (12 months from purchase for Pro; the paid term for Team/Enterprise). Every version released within that window is licensed to you perpetually — you may keep running it indefinitely. Versions released after your window require a renewal.
Paid editions are distributed as readable source so you can review what runs on your machine. This is not an open-source license. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the paid source, and you may not remove or circumvent the license mechanism. Free/OSS components remain under their own MIT license.
You may not share your license key or seat with others, use one seat for multiple individuals, or use the Software to build a competing product from the paid source.
See our Refund Policy. Because activation is offline, a refund does not disable an already-issued key; it ends your entitlement to future versions.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LocalMask helps reduce the risk of exposing secrets and sensitive data to AI tools, but we do not guarantee that every secret or sensitive value will be detected or masked. You remain responsible for reviewing what you send to any AI service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Software is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, where GURY HOLDING S.R.L is established.
