14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If LocalMask isn't for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Email hello@localmaskpro.com from the address you purchased with, within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

What a refund means for your license

LocalMask validates licenses offline — there is no server that can switch a key off. A refunded key will keep working on the versions you already have. What ends is your entitlement to future versions and updates: we consider the license closed, and new releases are not covered.

We ask that you stop using the paid Software after a refund, in line with our License Terms.

No need to re-buy. Email hello@localmaskpro.com from your purchase address and we'll re-send your license key and personal download link.
